The Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme Limited was one of the hundreds of companies that participated in this year’s N’cwala ceremony that was held from the 23rd to the 25th of February in Chipata.<\/p>\n
The N’cwala ceremony is a historic ceremony of the Ngoni people of Eastern province as the Mpezeni moves from his his palace to Mutenguleni.<\/p>\n
The ceremony is celebrated to pay homage to ancestral spirits, commemorate victories during tribal wars and also praise the Lord for providing fresh crops in the fields.<\/p>\n
The ZCGS team visited the Eastern province to understand the business opportunities that existed there , engage different banks on potential MSMEs for guaranteeing and most importantly monitor the one of the companies that had been guaranteed by the scheme.<\/p>\n
