Mybucks Zambia was the recipient of the Inaugural Credit Guarantee Award\u00a0 at the 2023 Zambia Banking and Finance Awards in recognition of its efforts in utilizing the guarantees issued by Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme.<\/p>\n
The ZIBFS Awards which were\u00a0 held at Intercontinental Hotel\u00a0 brought together bankers and financial service players and were graced by the Minister of Technology and Science Honorable Felix Mutati MP .<\/p>\n
In presenting the award, ZCGS Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Mary Mumba revealed that the award was been given in recognition of\u00a0 Mybucks’ huge efforts to\u00a0 utilize the guarantee\u00a0 as well as their move to reduce interest rates for the guaranteed portfolio.<\/p>\n
Speaking during the award acceptance speech, the representative from Mybucks, Mr. Ganizani Sakala expressed delight at being the first recipient of this award and\u00a0 pledged to continue providing finances to MSMEs with the help of ZCGS who were providing guarantees.<\/p>\n
