Mary Mumba serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme. She is a certified expert in financial inclusion with over 26 years in the banking sector. Mary began her professional career with ZANACO before joining NATSAVE where she spent 16 years in different portfolios including Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Director- Credit, Chief Compliance Officer as well as Deputy Managing Director. Mary possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Development Studies from the University of Zambia. She was also conferred with Master’s Degree in Microfinance from the University of Bergamo in Italy. Additionally, she has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Business School Netherlands. Other qualifications held by Mary include Diplomas in Banking and Finance and Management as well as certificates in financial inclusion and compliance management. Mary is an alumni of the both the Harvard Business School and the Swedish Institute Management Programme. She is a member of the following professional bodies: Institute of Directors Zambia, Zambia Institute of Bankers, Zambia Institute of Marketing, Institute of Credit Management South Africa and the International Federation of University Women (IFUW).
Albert Edward Chivweta is A Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK, an Associate of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant (ZICA), an elected member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (CIPFA) UK. Holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance.
He has over 25 years of Public Service. He worked for the Project, “Assistance to the Veterinary Services of Zambia (ASVEZA)”, was a Team leader of the Regional Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Control Programme, European Union Sponsored Social Economics Surveys in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. An Accountant at St. Monica’s Girls Secondary School, a District Accountant at the District Education Board Office, a Senior Accountant at Provincial Administration Office of the President Eastern Province under the Office of the Accountant General. Currently he is heading the Finance Unit of the Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme Limited as Manager Finance. He has been a part time lecturer of the University of Zambia, a member of the Wildlife and Conservation Society of Zambia
Ms. Yvonne Yonda Changwe is the Head Credit and Risk Management. She has over 18 years’ experience in banking and financial services with a strong background in Credit Management and Risk Management.
Prior to joining ZCGS, she worked at Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc in the Credit Department under the Risk division as Credit Manager. She has also worked at Pride Zambia and Entrepreneurs Financial Centre where she began her career.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
Edward Lungu is the Internal Audit Manager of ZCGS. He is a seasoned auditor with extensive experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance/Internal Controls. Prior to joining ZCGS, Edward worked at the Office of the Auditor General and the Zambia Electronic Clearing House Limited. Edward is a Chartered Accountant qualified with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Zambia. He is also a certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) with ISACA. Edward is a Fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountant.
Chisenga Lufungulo serves as Head of Business Development and Strategy for the Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme. He is a seasoned trade and investment policy analyst with over 13 years’ experience in the field. Chisenga has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia and a Masters of Science in Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University in Sweden.
Prior to joining ZCGS, Chisenga worked for the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) as Manager Export Development. He also served as Business Development Specialist in the same organization. Before his move to ZDA, Chisenga worked for the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV) as a Trade and Investment Officer for an Apiculture project.
Chisenga is a council member of the Zambia Institute of Trade Policy (ZITP) and an associate member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing.
Julien holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Greenwich University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA General). She has over 12 years of work experience in ICT. Before joining ZCGS, she worked as a Systems administrator for 12 years at the Zambian Open University managing all the University systems. She is currently the ICT officer at the ZCGS.
A dynamic Human Capital Management Professional with over 10 years work experience. Sepiso has a rich background in Human Capital Management with a vast training encompassing human capital, psychology, labor laws and diplomacy. Prior to joining Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme Limited where she currently serves as the Head of Human Capital and Administration, Sepiso worked for the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) where she was engaged in various capacities after her initial student attachment, having served as assistant in various units including Registry, Security and finally the Human Resource Unit for 12 years. She possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology obtained from the University of Zambia, a post-graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management, a Diploma in French and various other short courses in Health and Safety. She was also part of the Zambian delegation during the 103rd International Labour Conference organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO). She is a certified Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.
Ndinawe Mwandia serves as Head Procurement Unit at the Zambia Credit Guarantee Scheme Limited. Prior to Joining ZCGS, she worked as a Procurement Officer at the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC). She has 10 years work experience in Public Procurement and Supply. She is a Chartered Procurement and Supply qualified with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and supply (CIPS) UK and
holds a Master of Science in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lusaka. She is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) and a Member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MZIPS)
